- You were admitted in 2023
- You were absent or failed in 1 or 2 subjects only

Key Dates & Fees
Regular Submission
Deadline:
- Kartik 25, 2082 (November 11, 2025) → Pay normal exam fee at your campus.
- Late Submission (Days 1–2) → November 12–13, 2025 → Add Rs. 500 late fee.
- Late Submission (Days 3–4) → November 14–15, 2025 → Add Rs. 1,000 late fee.
- Final Late Submission (2 Days) → November 16–17, 2025 → Add Rs. 2,500 late fee.

How to Submit (4 Simple Steps)
- Get the Form → Download from www.fomecd.edu.np → Or collect from your campus exam section → Print on legal-size paper
- Fill & Pay → Complete the form → Pay fees at your college/campus
- Submit to Campus → Attach:
- Filled form
- Result copy
- Bank voucher (original)
- Keep Proof → Get a receipt from your college.
